Do not run away from trouble.

In fact of life, all of us as human beings always have a problem or a problem that must be faced.
As long as we do not run away from the problem, and aware that all the problems and obstacles must be can solved, through the thought patterns and ways in which positive and we have the courage all of that, the result will be the maximum.

Only with action and learning, learning, and more action. Humans can achieve a healthy mental growth and achieve success as the desire!

Building House

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business to live a more leisurely life with his wife and enjoy his extended family. He would miss the paycheck each week, but he wanted to retire. They could get by.

The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go & asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but over time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

When the carpenter finished his work, his employer came to inspect the house. Then he handed the front-door key to the carpenter and said, “This is your house… my gift to you.”
The carpenter was shocked!
What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building.
Then, with a shock, we realize we have to live in the house we have built.
If we could do it over, we would do it much differently.
But, you cannot go back. You are the carpenter, and every day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Someone once said, “Life is a do-it-yourself project.” Your attitude, and the choices you make today, helps build the “house” you will live in tomorrow.
Therefore, build wisely!

Cross The River

One day in class in a school, in the middle of the lesson, Teacher gives a question to the students, “Children, if one day we walk in a place, we go in front of a small river, although it’s not too wide but the water is very muddy so we don’t know how deep is the river. Meanwhile, the only bridge to cross the river, there in the distance approximately half a kilometer from where we stand. ”

“My questions is, what will you do to cross the river quickly and safely? Think carefully, do not answer carelessly . Answer with a reason why you chose that path. Write your answer on the sheet of paper. We will discuss after this. ” Each students gave varied answers. After some time waiting for the students, The teacher immediately collect paper and start the discussion.

There is a group of student who said: collect energy and daring, take-off run and jump to the river. Another said that, we will go directly to the river and swim to the opposite. Other groups that said: We will find a long stick to help us cross the river. And some are said: I will run as soon as possible to the bridge and cross the river, although the distance is far enough, but running through the bridge and cross over is the most secure.

After hearing all the answers , The teacher said, “All of the answer is good. The jump to the opposite, it means you have the spirit to try. Who said to swim the river means you are practice. Using stick means you are smart to use elements from the outside to reach the goal. And ran to the bridge to cross over means you prefer the security.

All of the paths are positive and good that the goal be achieved. Provided that you want to try harder, knowing that the target be achieved, you will surely achieve the goal. From now until whenever, you have to be more diligent study and try to face every problem that appears to be successful up to the destination. “

Motivational Tips and Questions

motivationAs you know, I write, coach and do seminars on helping people find their passion and build their lives around doing what they love. I know one of the big challenges in the process is to stay motivated, and the secret to staying motivated is to continually check in with yourself and clarify where you are.

10 tips to keep you on track:

* Shake things up. Change your scenery. Go somewhere and do something different.
* Engage in a confidante who will help be your sounding board.
* Keep a journal of your experiences, goals and dreams.
* Remember to keep a sense of adventure.

* Have fun, freedom and meaning in all you do.
* Enjoy our physical surroundings.
* Be a leader, a mentor.
* Be a follower, have mentors.
* Enjoy the camaraderie of your peers, colleagues, clients.
* Live your passion every day.

10 questions to help you gauge your motivation 10 questions to help you gauge your motivation:

* Is your lack of motivation short-term or is it deeper than that?
* Are you part of a team that makes you feel good?
* Are you working in isolation? Is that good or bad for you?
* What are the details of your daily tasks you most enjoy and how can you incorporate more of those into your life?
* What are the details of your daily tasks that you hate and how can you do less of those?
* Can you end each day by envisioning the positive outcome of your work and the successes, even the smallest ones?
* Do you surround yourself with uplifting people?
* Do you practice good self-care techniques?
* Can you see the long-term rewards of what you’re doing?
* Are you doing something each day that moves you toward your goal?

Once you’ve answered these questions for yourself, you’ll be able to target where you’re blocked. If you see a trend, for example, tasks that drain you or people who drain your energy on a consistent basis, you’ll understand why you’re being held back from doing what you love. Then you can take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. If you need to speak to your boss, a friend, your spouse or a coach, do so.

Don’t forget to reward yourself. On a daily basis, do what my daughter did when she was in grade school; she kept a pile of jelly beans on her desk and when she completed a task, she’d have one. Replace one jelly bean with a ton of them or better yet, identify some things more exciting for you than jelly beans and make sure you have or do some of whatever it is every day.

Stop Being a Glass

A glass of water will taste too salty and bad if you put a handful of salt in it. Otherwise, if you put a handful of salt in a lake, it will not taste bad and salty.

All problems in life such as the handful of salt. Not less, not more. Only a handful of salt. Many problems and suffering that you have experienced throughout your life was counted by God, according to yourself. The amount is fixed, it is not reduced and not increased. Every human being is born into the world this is so. No one man, even though he was a prophet, which is free from suffering and problems.

But, “salty taste” of the suffering that is experienced depends on the size of the heart as the container. So, if you don’t want to feel suffering, stop being a glass. Make your heart as wide as the lake.
