You likely have read a lot of information on the ability and power of using positive affirmation methods to improve your living. There’s without doubt that positive affirmations repeatedly exposed to ones brain for a time period will touch on ones life for the better.

If you prefer to stop thinking in a negative way, it’s best to state, “ I now think and feel in the most confirming way. I thoughts are happy and positive every moment of the day.”

2. Come in the affirmation with feeling. Feeling adds the power to your desires. Feelings generate an internal energy that allows your whole being to absorb your statement.

3. become very clear about what you want. Appropriate to become clear you’d need to write out all the details that you’d like to see and experience in the thing that you want. The clearer you’re about your intentions the more power you give to your affirmations.
